- Our check-in time is at 14.00 hrs. Early arrival requests are based on the availability of serviced rooms on the day of arrival.
- Our departure time is at 11.00 hrs. (Late check-out fees may apply)
Cancellation Policy:
- Should you need to cancel your booking, please do so up to 07 days prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival day to avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges.
- Full refund for reservations made on or before 07 days to arrival date
- – 50% of the total reservation amount for cancellations between 7-3 days to arrival date
- – 0.00% of the total reservation amount for cancellations on or within 3 days to arrival date
- – All refunds will be made less of bank/credit card charges from the total refundable amount
Child Policy :
- 0-5 years Free of Charge on existing bedding
- 6-11 years 50% of adult rate
- 12 years and above are considered as adults
