This Web Site is owned and operated by VILLA MARINA HOTEL HIKKADUWA (Villa Marina Private Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Law of Sri Lanka, having its registered office at , Galle Road, Thiranagama, Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (hereinafter, as and when the context so requires, called and referred to as “Villa Marina Hotel Hikkaduwal”).
By accessing and using this Web Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use, set out herein. The attached terms of online reservations shall apply, when you make your reservations or purchases online and shall form part and parcel of this Agreement. The Principals of Data Protection of Villa Marina Hotel is also annexed hereto for your reference.

  • You represent you are of sufficient legal age to use this Web Site and you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and use this site in accordance with all of the applicable terms and conditions and create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this Web Site under your name or account including, without limitation, all use of your account by others including minors living with you.

  Cancellation Policy :

– Full refund for reservations made on or before 15 days to arrival date
– 50% of the total reservation amount for cancellations between 14-7 days to arrival date
– 0.00% of the total reservation amount for cancellations on or within 7 days to arrival date
– All refunds will be made less of bank/credit card charges from the total refundable amount

Child Policy :

– 0-5 years Free of Charge on existing bedding
– 6-11 years 50% of adult rate
– 12 years and above are considered as adults

Check-out time : 06:00 – 11.30 hours
